Solaro concept sketch

So here's a sketch of a hero named...Hiro..a Japanese astrologist that was caught in an alien invasion and saved by Dynamo, but Dynamo's radiated body came into contact with him as he was being saved and his powers leaked off into Hiro and now he's got Solar powers (sorta) he can absorb surrounding light forms like Dynamo but instead can shoot them out like bullets from his fingers.
He's a very...confused character, one day saving people and the next flipping out and trying to kill Dynamo for "ruining" his life.
